1. Please ensure all fields above are completed and that your contact information is correct and up-to-date. Your phone and email will only be used to contact you should someone scan your pet's tag. No one will have direct access to your personal information.
2. Show/Hide switch allow/disallow pet finders to see your personal information entered if your pet's tag is scanned. You can choose to show both your email and phone, or just one, or hide both. If you hide both, finders can still send you a message, which will go direct to your email via our online message system.
3. Click the "Save" button to save the information you have entered.
